Legal Rights for Youth in Environmental Activism

Students are increasingly leading the environmental movement. Greta Thunberg's School Strike is a prominent example of youth-led environmental activism, but youth all over the world are getting involved. Given students are taking a more active role in environmental activism, it is important that they understand their legal rights as well as the potential risk of certain forms of activism. Learn how to talk to your students about their legal rights and responsibilities when it comes to environmental activism. Help them stay safe and engaged.
